1. How do I make a purchase?

Shopping at Saleha Kashif is easy: Use the e-store link to find what you like. Once you have found an item, choose your size and click on the 'ADD TO CART' button on the product page. Review the items in your shopping bag by clicking the 'SHOPPING CART' link at the top of the page. You can add or remove any items before checking out. Click on 'PROCEED TO PURCHASE' to complete your order.

2. Do I need to set up an account to place an order?

You can shop at Saleha Kashif without creating an account. However, register with us and you'll be able to enjoy the following benefits: Track your orders and review past purchases; save your address and payment details so you can shop even quicker next time; manage your email preferences; and edit important information.

3. How do I create an account?

Creating an account is very simple. Simply click the sign up button and fill in a small form with all your particulars. Please note that fields accompanied with an asterisk (*) are mandatory to fill out. Once you have created an account, you can simply log on to the site & ‘sign in’.

4. How do I edit my details once I have made my account?

You can edit the details you have provided to us while making the account by clicking on the ‘My Account’ tab. You can change your billing and shipping address, phone number and other important information on the site in a similar way.

5. I've forgotten my password. What should I do?

To reset your password, follow the 'FORGOTTEN PASSWORD' instructions on the SIGN IN page. Please note, for security reasons we are unable to send your old password via email.

6. What payment methods can I use to make a payment?

We offer the following payment methods: Bank Transfer and Cash-on-Delivery for local customers, Credit Card payments and Bank Transfer for international customers.

7. WILL I RECEIVE THE SAME PRODUCT THAT I SEE IN THE PHOTO?

Yes, except in the case of products which are handcrafted in which there may be slight differences in the final product.

8. HOW CAN I BE SURE THAT I'VE MADE MY PURCHASE CORRECTLY?

Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive an email, contact our customer service.

9. CAN I KNOW WHAT THE STATUS OF MY ORDER IS?

Yes. Click on the “Orders status" section in "YOUR ACCOUNT" and you will be able to track your order in real time.

10. How do I return or exchange an item?

Saleha Kashif does not offer any “Returns” for any product. All products purchased from our Website can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery receipt, provided that they are unused. Exchange request can be made within 7 days from the receipt of delivery, provided the delivered product falls within one of the following:

i. The received product(s) differed from the original order.

ii. Anything is missing from the package e.g. clothing item, price tags, labels etc.

iii. To raise a dispute on any item(s) please email us at ------------------------

11. Can I cancel my order?

Saleha Kashif does not offer a refund or money back guarantee on purchased items. Customers paying via Credit or Debit card may cancel within 24 hours of placing the order. Order amount will not be refunded back. However, a coupon of the same value will be provided which can be used to purchase from Saleha Kashif within the next 60 days.
